In accordance with the General Personal Data Protection Regulation (RGPD), the personal data provided by the user will be incorporated into ACAOnline files and processed in order to carry out the requested management (respond to queries, manage access to content and services, send notices and information associated with the activity of the entity, receive information or communications, etc.).

When you purchase from us, we’ll ask you to provide information including your name, billing address, shipping address, email address, phone number, credit card/payment details and optional account information like username and password. We’ll use this information for purposes, such as, to:

  • Send you information about your account and order
  • Respond to your requests, including refunds and complaints
  • Process payments and prevent fraud
  • Set up your account for our store
  • Comply with any legal obligations we have, such as calculating taxes
  • Improve our store offerings
  • Send you marketing messages, if you choose to receive them

If you create an account, we will store your name, address, email and phone number, which will be used to populate the checkout for future orders.

We generally store information about you for as long as we need the information for the purposes for which we collect and use it, and we are not legally required to continue to keep it. For example, we will store order information for 5 years for tax and accounting purposes. This includes your name, email address and billing and shipping addresses.

We will also store comments or reviews, if you choose to leave them.

To facilitate the processing of payments and fulfillment of purchases, the service may engage the services of third parties. ACAOnline do not store on our server the payment information, such as bank details or card numbers, used during the checkout process.

In all cases, the user will always be clearly and visibly informed of the purpose for which his or her data is being collected, and he or she must take a positive action (check a box, click a button, etc.) to give his or her consent to this.

In this way, the personal data collected will not be disclosed to third parties for commercial or advertising purposes by ACAOnline, unless the user has given express and unequivocal consent to do so.

ACAOnline has relationships with other entities to carry out its activity (payments gateway, e-mail service, web hosting, advertising management, statistics, economic consultancy, publication of activities of training entities and recruitment of interested parties, registration forms or registration in other entities or associations, etc.) all of which must also comply with the Personal Data Protection Regulation.

The data provided will be kept as long as the cessation of the activity is not requested.

The user has the right to obtain confirmation as to whether we at ACAOnline are processing his/her personal data and therefore has the right to access his/her personal data, rectify the data or request its deletion when the data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected. To this end, you may at any time exercise your right to access, rectify or delete the personal data provided by notifying ACAOnline (See “Terms and Conditions > Notifications“).

ACAONLINE has adopted the legally required personal data protection security levels and endeavors to install other additional means and technical protection measures. However, the user must be aware that Internet security measures are not impregnable.
